Breakfast of Champions:
About 2 servings of fruit and 8 servings of vegetables and plenty of Omega 3 and MCFA’s and fiber before 8 am—what a way to start the day!
1 cup coconut milk, scoop of protein powder, 1 cucumber, 3 stalks celery, pear, 2 cups spring mix or spinach, 2 tabelspoons flax, handful walnuts, 1/4 uncooked oatmeal.  Peel the cucumber and use organic celery, pear and greens.  Blend and serve—delicious!
